Ingredients
· 15 oz can pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
· 4 egg whites
· ½ cup skim milk
· ½ tsp salt
· 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
· ½ tsp cinnamon
· ⅓ - ½ cup Splenda

1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Pour into a pie plate.
3. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
